Munich/Berlin, 31 August 2026 – Under the motto “Innovations that change your world,” XPENG will present its technology and mobility ecosystem at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The high-tech and automotive brand combines artificial intelligence (AI), smart technologies and mobility – on the road as well as in the air. In the CityCube (Hall B, Stand No. 142), XPENG will showcase its product portfolio from humanoid robotics and AI to modular mobility solutions that combine driving and flying, as well as its latest smart XPENG passenger car model, from 4 to 8 September. With around 2,000 exhibitors and around 200,000 expected visitors, IFA is one of the world’s most important platforms for consumer electronics, home appliances and future tech.
Visitors in Berlin will experience the new XPENG L03, among other highlights (combined energy consumption 15.3 - 18.4 kWh/100 km; combined CO₂ emissions 0 g/km; energy efficiency category: B/C, combined values according to WLTP, subject to final homologation). The 4.65-metre SUV coupé, which will roll onto Germany’s roads in the fourth quarter of 2026, combines AI-supported software with intelligent driving functions such as the XPENG Next Generation Pilot (NGP). Based on the Vision-Language-Action System (VLA 2.0), the system is intended to enable partially automated driving from 2027 – subject to the legal framework and approval in Europe. The technical basis is the Turing Chip developed by XPENG itself, which is used three times in the XPENG L03 Ultra and provides AI computing power of up to 2,250 tera operations per second (TOPS).
The Turing Chip also forms the heart of the XPENG IRON, which will also be on display at IFA. The next generation of the humanoid robot has more than 82 degrees of freedom. These can enable a natural gait and human-like posture, as well as a wide range of movements. Among other things, IRON can grasp objects and maintain balance.
XPENG’s trade fair appearance is completed by the Land Aircraft Carrier. The modular mobility concept combines a ground vehicle with an aircraft, enabling both driving on the road and switching to the air. In doing so, the Chinese high-tech brand shows how the company thinks about mobility beyond classic electric vehicles.
“XPENG is on the move – on the road, in the air and in everyday life. I am pleased that this year we will present our mobility ecosystem, which unites intelligent electric vehicles, humanoid robotics and flight solutions based on a powerful, unified AI architecture, at IFA in Berlin,” explains Markus Schrick, Managing Director of XPENG’s Central Europe sales region. “As an international technology and innovation platform, IFA is the perfect stage to showcase our concepts, which can improve everyone’s everyday life in the spirit of a world worth living in.”
As part of the “IFA ShowStoppers” day, XPENG will already give media representatives an exclusive behind-the-scenes look on 3 September. From 10:45 a.m., Markus Schrick, Managing Director of XPENG’s Central Europe sales region, will welcome journalists at the XPENG stand and, together with experts, will guide them around the stand.
IFA Berlin will take place from 4 to 8 September 2026 at the Berlin Exhibition Grounds. With around 2,000 exhibitors, about 200,000 expected visitors and around 4,500 international journalists, it is one of the world’s leading platforms for technology and innovation.
