Zürich/Samstagern, 4. November 2026 – The stage is set for the XPENG G9L (combined energy consumption 21,1-22,5 kWh/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; energy efficiency category: A, values subject to final WLTP homologation): In parallel with its Swiss premiere at Auto Zürich (until 8 November 2026), the new SUV flagship is now available in the online configurator and can be ordered from CHF 74'600.
Dressed in a sporty-elegant design, the 5.12-metre-long XPENG G9L offers generous space for up to seven occupants. Customers can choose between six and seven seats in three rows. This makes the flagship SUV ideally suited to a wide range of needs and uses – from everyday family life with the (extended) family to commercial shuttle operations. The brand’s typically extensive standard equipment ensures the highest level of comfort on board.
The electrically adjustable, heated, ventilated Nappa leather front seats with massage function, for example, feature a world premiere: AI-controlled active adaptive seating technology («Active Adaptive Seating»). Using advanced sensor technology, the adaptive seat bolsters automatically adjust to the occupants’ body shape, guaranteeing perfect lateral support in corners. Lumbar and thigh support provide additional comfort.
The second row also features Nappa leather seats, which are likewise heated, ventilated and equipped with a ten-point massage function. The individual seats in the second row of the six-seater also have armrests. The XPENG G9L is completed by two third-row seats, which are also heated and ventilated and can be folded down electrically. Entertainment is provided, among other things, by a 21.4-inch 3K entertainment display in the rear that lowers from the vehicle roof and a sound system with 23 speakers.
The XPENG G9L is based on an 800-volt architecture and impresses with an outstanding charging capacity of 540 kW. This reduces charging stops to under twelve minutes (10-80 percent). Rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive are available:
- XPENG G9L RWD Long Range Ultra (7-seater): with 110-kWh NCM battery, 270 kW/367 hp rear-wheel drive and up to 591 kilometres of range (WLTP combined) from CHF 74'600,-
- XPENG G9L AWD Performance Ultra (7-seater): with 110-kWh NCM battery, 430 kW/585 hp all-wheel drive and up to 553 kilometres of range (WLTP combined) from CHF 79'600,-
- XPENG G9L AWD Performance Ultra (6-seater): with 110-kWh NCM battery, 430 kW/585 hp all-wheel drive and up to 553 kilometres of range (WLTP combined) from CHF 85'600,-
