Groupe Leuba is now an XPENG partner in Lausanne

Lausanne and Dielsdorf, January 26, 2026 – The Leuba Group continues its expansion and becomes the new contractual partner of the Chinese high-tech electric vehicle brand XPENG in Lausanne. This partnership enables a significant strengthening of the brand's presence in Western Switzerland.

At the Mon Repos Automobile location in Lausanne, customers can now discover the XPENG G6 and XPENG G9 models, learn about their cutting-edge technologies, and arrange a test drive directly.

A family business rooted in Western Switzerland for almost 80 years

Founded in 1946 by René Leuba in Yverdon-les-Bains, the Leuba Group is a family business that has been firmly rooted in Western Switzerland for almost 80 years. Today, the group is present at 11 locations, represents several automotive brands, and has built a reputation based on service quality, the professionalism of its teams, and a strong customer focus.

Since 2025, the Leuba Group has been part of the BPM Group, a French family business with recognized expertise in automotive distribution and an extensive brand portfolio. This integration strengthens the skills and resources of the Leuba Group while preserving its strong local roots and its culture consistently focused on customer satisfaction.

A showroom dedicated to XPENG technologies

Covering 300 square meters, the showroom presents the sporty and elegant XPENG G6 SUV coupé (combined energy consumption 17.5-17.9 kWh/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; energy efficiency category: B or C) and the flagship XPENG G9 (combined energy consumption 19.4-21.3 kWh/100 km; combined CO2 emissions: 0 g/km; energy efficiency category: C). Both the XPENG G6, positioned in the compact segment in terms of price, and its larger sibling are based on the brand's typical 800-volt charging architecture. This combines ranges of up to 570 kilometers (WLTP combined) with short charging times: in just 12 minutes, the high-voltage battery is charged from 10 to 80 percent. Customers can choose between rear-wheel and all-wheel drive as well as various sizes of LFP batteries, which do not use rare earths such as nickel, manganese, and cobalt.

Full equipment as standard and generous warranties

All models of the Chinese high-tech automotive brand impress with extensive standard equipment. Particularly popular in the current cold and dark season are the dual-zone climate control, heated steering wheel, heated and front ventilated leather seats with massage function, heat pump, and panoramic glass roof. Using the XPENG App, the vehicle can also be preheated remotely and the windows defrosted.

On board, you will also find full LED headlights, a parking assistant with 360-degree camera, navigation system, privacy glass, keyless system, electric tailgate, inductive smartphone charging station, voice control, and the XPENG Surround Sound System. The digital cockpit provides access to music, video, entertainment, and social media apps.

Under the term “XPILOT”, XPENG also offers a wealth of standard assistance systems that enhance comfort and safety: These include, among others, adaptive cruise control (ACC), lane keeping control (LCC), collision warning (FCW), rear cross traffic alert (RCTA), intelligent high beam (IBH), automatic parking, emergency lane keeping assistant (ELK), and exit warning (DOW).

Every XPENG also comes with a manufacturer's warranty of up to seven years or a maximum of 160,000 kilometers. This above-average warranty covers repairs and replacement in the event of material or manufacturing defects. In addition, customers enjoy an eight-year warranty on the high-voltage battery.
